It's been a year nearly since the journal was updated.

UPDATE.

Optometry is finished... that is until I start my Masters for I am crazy.
377 journal articles to read, I'll see how I fare.


I'll try not to just update my journal annually...

It's my final year and I can't say I'm not stressed. But I guess I will take it as it comes and get as organised as I can instead of procrastinating....

Photography wise, I haven't been inactive as such, just haven't had time to really look at my photos and all. I hope I will soon so I don't leave it all sitting in my hard drive..

I'm going to Mildura (NW corner of Victoria) for a week or so on March 17, I don't know what to expect.. it's for uni but I'm thinking of bringing my camera up there and having a look around with it, I have no idea what's it like there. Is it all going to be.... dirt?

Then of course, I'm going to Fiji later on in the year (dates unconfirmed as yet) around June/July, for 6-8 weeks which is a long time to be overseas for uni...

And of course my major research project will be sucking some life out of me and driving across Victoria to five million places during 2008.

So. All in all, I shall keep taking photos!

I also can't believe that "Songs of Orange" is still so popular after all this time. I was still half-asleep one morning when I came up with the idea for that photo, I guess it was a stroke of some kind of genius maybe but it took quite a few shots to get it right. So thank you for the continued support.

Finally finished exams today, wonderful feeling, then it being a 36C degree day, we hit the beach with some fish and chips and played some beach volleyball.. or we tried to anyway. It was good fun though, it's been a while since I've been out (I feel like I'm a recluse saying that) but it's been uni, work, uni, work, a lot this year, so it was nice to just spend some time chilling out with friends.

On another note, I leave tomorrow night for Hong Kong and won't be back till 19th December. So I'll be back for Christmas in Summery Australia at least, and hopefully, the heat (& flies!) won't be too bad.
The number of flies this year is horrendous. Arrrrgh, don't want to think about it..

Hope all the Melburnians enjoyed the weather today, it had a nice cool change this afternoon (kind of) and then started pouring the evening, great fun!

I'm still in the middle of my exams.. but at least I have a 3 week trip to Hong Kong to think about..
Also, I've got my overseas externship next year and have no idea where to go!

Too hard to decide!
